General deadline for registration is 31 July 2015

Participants who will need a VISA and/or financial support must complete and send the applications by the 30 of June.

         Please download the registration here, fill in the form and send it back to cristian.neagoe@infp.ro and to the ORFEUS secretariat orfeus_secretary@knmi.nl by the 31 of July 2015. If you are applying from a country requiring a VISA to enter in Romania as listed here  (http://evisa.mae.ro/ShortStayVisa) please note that your application must be received by the 30 of June 2015.

       For hotel reservation please download and fill the booking form and send it to Cristian Neagoe (cristian.neagoe@infp.ro)

        A limited number of grants (financial support) will be provided by ORFEUS for exceptional cases. If you need financial support please prepare an application (as described in the application form) and submit it by the 30 of June 2015. Applicants requesting financial support will be informed about the evaluation after the 30 of June 2015.
