General deadline for registration is 31 July 2015

Participants who will need a VISA and/or financial support must complete and send the applications by the 30 of June.

Accomodation

Recommended Hotel:

- As the meeting will take place at the Ramada Majestic Bucharest Hotel this is the recommended accommodation. The organizing committee has pre­booked a number of rooms here and negotiated a special rate of 70/80 euro/night. While sending the booking confirmation please mention that you are participating to the “ORFEUS Annual Observatory Coordination meeting”. Please download and fill the booking form and send it to Cristian Neagoe (cristian.neagoe@infp.ro)

Alternative accomodations in the surrouding (walking distance) are:

        - Hotel Central

        - Radisson Hotel

        - Cismigiu Hotel

With these Hotels there is no special rate agreed with the organizing committee.
